Exista in aceasta statiune si un parc acvatic, "Aqua Magic" in Mamaia, cel mai modern de pe litoralul Marii Negre, cu o suprafata de 27200 mp (2,7 hectare). Este printre cele mai vizitate zone de agrement din Romania, datorita numeroaselor tobogane, piscine pentru adulti si copii, caderi de apa, bazine, restaurante, baruri si magazine cu suveniruri.
Telegondola din Mamaia a fost inaugurata in 2004 si face legatura intre Cazino si Hotelul Perla, pe un traseu de 2,2 km, parcurs la o inaltime de 50 m in sapte minute.
Lacul Siutghiol din Mamaia are o lungime de 7,5 km si o latime de 2,5 km. Pe supafata sa de 1900 hectare se practica sporturi de apa precum schi nautic sau yachting. 2 ha apartin insulei calcaroase Ovidiu, pe care este amplasat un restaurant.
In statiune se organizeaza an de an, pe timpul verii, Festivalul de muzica usoara de la Mamaia Romania.
